Senior Fit 1: This class is designed for those age 50+ and will help with balance, agility, strength, core and flexibility.

Youth Development: Fitness class for those who are in grades 2nd-8th grades who want to develop speed, agility, strength and core. 

Speed and Agility: Fitness class for those who want to develop speed, agility, strength and core.

Core: This is for those who want to develop their core

Cardio Boot Camp:  A high-intensity program designed to utilize classic movements such as jumping jacks and crunches in a new way to get you moving, your heart pumping and increase strength and endurance.                                                                                                                           

Cardio Combat: A high-intensity program using basic kickboxing movements along with other high energy moves designed to tone the entire body and burn fat.                                                  

Fusion: A lower impact Yoga-based workout with a variety of toning moves to streamline your entire body.  Improves posture, balance, muscle control, body awareness and flexibility...all while reducing stress!                                                                                                                            

Targeted Toning: A workout designed to utilize resistance training and mat-based movements to build lean muscle, add definition and give you targeted results.

Zumba┬«: The Zumba┬« program fuses hypnotic Latin rythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.  If your not sure if this class is for you, then ask yourself this question: Do you like to have fun?  If you answered yes, then you owe it to yourself to try a fitness class that has people smiling and clapping at the end of the class :)
